This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Viet-Coffee's Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Viet-Coffee. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Shopping Terms & Conditions
Purchasing from Viet-Coffee.com.au gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Paypal transaction facility.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
You will be asked to register as a member of Viet-Coffee.com.au. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.
Rewards Points
Signing up for Rewards points allows you to get discounts on subsequent purchases. Rewards points are not money and can only be redeemed against purchases. The Accrual of points is on the basis of 1 point per $20 (excluding Shipping). Points value for accural is rounded down to the nearest $20. eg $99.99 is 4 points, Points may be redeemed on request with an EFT Payment and the accrued points beiong used to deduct from the value of the EFT payment.
Whole sale orders are not entitled to rewards points and rewards points will expire from time to time - Any previous arrangements about rewards points are rescinded.
This policy change was posted on the site as news and in terms and conditions on 04/04/2021 and revised on 11/06/2022.to clarify redemption methods

Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and as coffee is GST exempt the price you see is the price you pay - (post and packing added at time of order). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Paypal to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. We do not keep Credit card details on the site.

Pictures are representations of product and manufactures change product packaging from time to time - Viet-Coffee makes no guarantee the packages shown are the exact packaging provided however he contents of the package are as described unless otherwise notified.

The information contained in the Service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Viet-Coffee. Viet-Coffee reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the Service at any time without notice.
Shipping is via contracted courrier services of whom we have no control. Shipping times are estimations based on expereince and estimations provided by the Courier company. We are not liable for losses incurrred due to lost or delayed shipping.
